I can’t put in words how truly grateful and thankful I am for what you and your firm did for me and my family in assisting me in my application for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF).

I have some real serious health issues with failing kidneys, cancer and lung disease. Through the years in dealing with my illnesses and through all the hospitalizations, I never worried about myself. It was always about my family. My true concern and thought was always about how can I leave my wife and two kids in the best possible position so that they don’t suffer as much when and if I do leave this earth. It was a consuming thought. I lost many a night’s sleep because of those thoughts. Receiving the VCF award was beyond belief, and put many of those consuming thoughts and worries to rest.

Thank you, Matt, thank you so much. Thank you to all the attorneys and paralegals at Turken, Heath & McCauley, LLP. Your advocacy, dedication and hard work in supporting the first responders and their families is beyond appreciated.
